Palm Exotica Project is a High Rise Hotel, the first of its kind in the region, I have worked with my team in META/ARCH.

from the very beginning of the birth of the project with alternative proposals till the last results that express the African Spirit in a modern iconic approach.

Its expected to be the highest tower in South Africa and that's what made the challenge in the design process more excited and pushed the team to the extreme levels.
