Ababneh Residence

Ababneh Residence is a contemporary private villa defined by its bold curved geometry and refined material palette. Positioned on a prominent corner plot, the design embraces the street with a continuous, softly rounded façade that balances privacy with openness, creating a strong architectural identity while integrating seamlessly into the urban fabric.

The residence is organized around a clear spatial hierarchy: public and semi-public functions are carefully oriented along the curved frontage, while private family spaces are tucked deeper within the plan for comfort and discretion. A landscaped inner courtyard introduces greenery into the heart of the project, enhancing natural light, ventilation, and the overall living experience.

Materiality plays a central role in expressing the character of the house. Textured stone cladding, smooth light-colored surfaces, and horizontal window bands work together to emphasize the building’s sculptural form, while subtle detailing and controlled openings maintain a sense of elegance and calm. The entrance sequence is carefully articulated, creating a gradual transition from the public realm to the private interior.
