Adiyat Residence is a modern extended-family building designed to combine contemporary aesthetics with practical multi-generational living. The architectural language is clean, elegant, and distinctly modern—defined by cubic volumes, large glazed openings, and a refined palette of light stone and soft neutral cladding.

The façade emphasizes simplicity and openness, with full-height windows that bring generous natural light into every unit and enhance the visual connection with the landscaped surroundings. Thoughtfully arranged balconies introduce depth and privacy while maintaining the building’s crisp geometric expression.

Created for the needs of a large extended family, the project offers spacious, well-planned residential units that balance comfort, privacy, and togetherness. The ground level features a welcoming entrance sequence supported by open structural elements that elevate parts of the building, creating a light, floating architectural feel.
