Al-Dwari Residence is a contemporary hillside villa that reinterprets modern residential architecture through bold geometry, layered volumes, and a refined material palette. The design is driven by a strong sculptural concept, where inclined planes and stepped masses respond naturally to the site’s topography, creating a dynamic yet harmonious presence within its surroundings.

The exterior composition combines light-toned stone cladding with warm natural textures, accentuating depth, shadow, and contrast across the façades. Large glazed openings and cantilevered balconies are strategically positioned to frame panoramic views while maximizing daylight penetration and visual connection with the landscape. The curved central volume acts as a visual anchor, softening the angular geometry and defining the main entrance experience.

Internally, the residence is organized with clear functional zoning. Public spaces on the ground floor flow seamlessly between living, dining, and sitting areas, extending outward to terraces and landscaped outdoor spaces. Private zones on the upper floor offer generously proportioned bedrooms, each designed for privacy, comfort, and optimal views. Vertical circulation is expressed architecturally, reinforcing the spatial hierarchy between levels.
