Al-Thyabat Complex is envisioned as a refined commercial service hub that brings clarity, order, and modern elegance to an active transport-focused environment. The project is organized around a strong architectural identity—clean horizontal volumes, precise stone cladding, and a balanced interplay of openness and privacy—that reflects both efficiency and contemporary sophistication.

At the heart of the building is a dramatic circular reception hall, crowned by a sculptural spiral staircase that anchors the spatial experience. This central void organizes circulation across both floors, guiding visitors intuitively toward offices, managerial suites, meeting rooms, and operational workspaces.

The ground floor hosts the primary service functions, including open workspaces, private offices, a break room, an archive, and a prayer area—each arranged for clarity and workflow efficiency. The first floor accommodates management spaces, meeting rooms, and private suites, offering calm, well-lit environments for focused administrative work. Generous glazing on the lower level creates transparency toward the exterior, while the upper façade maintains a more controlled expression with linear slit windows that protect interior privacy.

Surrounding the building, a carefully structured landscape frames the circulation routes leading into the transport yard. Subtle lighting, paved courts, and planted pockets contribute to a composed arrival sequence, reinforcing the project's professional yet welcoming character.
