FS Residence is a refined interpretation of contemporary neoclassical living, where symmetry, proportion, and spatial clarity define both the exterior expression and the internal experience.
The residence is conceived around a strong central axis, articulated by a monumental double-height entrance framed with classical columns and a sculpted pediment. The façade balances elegance and solidity through carefully proportioned masses, subtle stone detailing, and rhythmic window compositions. Warm architectural lighting enhances the depth of the classical elements, giving the home a timeless presence both day and night.
Internally, the project is organized around a central grand staircase that acts as the spatial heart of the house. This sculptural vertical element connects the ground and first floors while visually anchoring the circulation spine. The ground floor accommodates formal reception areas, dining spaces, family living areas, and a well-connected kitchen zone, all arranged to maintain privacy while preserving fluid movement across spaces.
The first floor is dedicated to private living. A generous master suite with dressing and en-suite facilities anchors one wing, while additional bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed symmetrically to maintain balance and clarity in planning. Terraces extend the interior spaces outward, reinforcing the relationship between architecture and its surrounding landscape.
The section reveals the volumetric richness of the residence — layered floor plates, a double-height entrance void, and carefully integrated vertical circulation. The result is a home that is not only visually distinguished but spatially coherent and functionally refined.
FS Residence embodies luxury through proportion, restraint, and architectural discipline — a residence designed to be both monumental in presence and intimate in experience.
