Hanfaieh Complex is a contemporary commercial building designed to serve the dynamic hospitality industry in Amman, offering a specialized destination for the sale of restaurant and hotel supplies. Located in a vibrant commercial zone, the project is conceived as a functional and architectural landmark—balancing clarity of circulation, efficiency of layout, and a bold, iconic façade presence.

The building features a clean, modern form anchored by a striking circular window that frames the main elevation, creating a strong visual identity for the complex. The façade blends refined stone cladding, expansive glazing, and minimalist geometric volumes, resulting in a composition that feels both elegant and purpose-driven.

Internally, the project is organized across multiple levels with flexible open floor areas that accommodate various display, showroom, and storage functions. A thoughtfully designed circulation core—including an open stairwell and vertical shaft—ensures seamless movement across floors. The ground level integrates parking, service areas, ablution spaces, and a dedicated prayer area to support both visitors and staff, while the mezzanine level provides additional functional space overlooking the commercial floor.

The sectional design emphasizes spatial clarity, natural lighting, and practical vertical connectivity, supporting both customer experience and operational efficiency.
