The architectural character is defined by elegant arched façades, generous glazing, and a contemporary rhythm that unifies the three structures into one harmonious ensemble. The ground floor opens directly onto private landscaped terraces, swimming pools, seating zones, and BBQ areas—creating a resort-like atmosphere for families and guests. The upper floor hosts carefully planned bedroom suites with balconies overlooking the gardens.

A key feature of the project is its transformability: the front and rear outdoor courts can be fully opened and linked together, allowing the three chalets to function as one continuous event venue.
