The lower floors accommodate a series of flexible commercial spaces, supported by organized parking and service areas that ensure smooth circulation and accessibility. Upper levels introduce a diverse program—from guest facilities and administrative offices to multi-purpose activity rooms—arranged around clear cores and connected through efficient vertical movement.

At the top, the project opens up to a signature rooftop restaurant, offering panoramic views and an elevated dining atmosphere that becomes the social heart of the complex. The outdoor terraces and landscaped courtyards enhance natural light and encourage a sense of openness throughout the building.
