OA Chalet

OA Chalet is a contemporary architectural retreat designed with expressive fluidity and a deep sensitivity to its natural surroundings. Overlooking the serene expanse of Wadi Al-Arab Dam, the project embraces the landscape through sweeping horizontal bands, sculpted curves, and a dynamic interplay of light and shadow.

The chalet’s layered façade is defined by smooth ribbon-like concrete forms that wrap around the structure, creating a sense of movement and continuity. These flowing lines frame panoramic glazing that opens the interior to dramatic views while filling the spaces with soft, natural light. At every level, terraces and balconies extend outward, dissolving the boundary between indoor comfort and the surrounding valley.

Inside, the layout is organized to enhance privacy, comfort, and visual connection to the lake and mountains beyond. The ground floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen experience that overlooks a sculpted courtyard and water feature, while the upper floor accommodates quiet, secluded bedrooms with elevated, unobstructed views.

The minimalist landscape design mirrors the building’s geometry, guiding movement with gentle curves and integrating greenery into the architectural envelope. This harmony between form, nature, and spatial flow defines OA Chalet as a refined modern sanctuary—an elegant escape perched above one of Jordan’s most scenic landscapes.
