Project type

Commercial Complex

Date

2017

Location

Amman - Jordan

Area

3600 m²

The Philadelphia Trading Center is a contemporary commercial hub designed to embody clarity, efficiency, and modern corporate identity. Its architecture is defined by bold geometric lines, expansive glazing, and a refined balance of transparency and solid massing. The façade combines clean white cladding with dark framing elements, creating a confident visual presence while welcoming natural light deep into the interior workspaces.

Inside, the ground floor is organized to support fluid daily operations, beginning with a welcoming lobby that anchors the circulation experience. Shared offices and managerial spaces are arranged with purposeful connectivity, while support functions—including kitchen, WC, archive, and storage—are discretely integrated to enhance workflow and comfort. A large dedicated storage hall extends the building’s commercial capability, offering adaptable space for a variety of logistical and operational needs.

Vertical movement is strategically positioned along the building’s core, as illustrated in the section, ensuring efficient access across all levels. The stepped massing and transparent façade create a sense of openness while maintaining privacy where required.

Surrounded by landscaped walkways and soft greenery, the project integrates gently with its site, presenting a professional yet inviting environment for employees, partners, and visitors.

The Philadelphia Trading Center stands as a modern workspace that merges architectural precision with functional clarity—an environment designed for productivity, collaboration, and growth.
