RM Residence is a contemporary single-level home defined by clarity of form, material warmth, and a strong connection to nature. The design is organized around a central courtyard, which acts as the heart of the residence—bringing natural light, ventilation, and visual calm into all primary living spaces while creating a strong sense of privacy and inward focus.
The architectural expression is minimalist and refined, combining clean horizontal volumes with a carefully balanced palette of light stone, textured masonry, warm wood accents, and expansive glazing. This material contrast enhances depth and tactility while maintaining a timeless, modern character.
Public and private zones are subtly articulated through spatial sequencing rather than separation, allowing the residence to feel both open and intimate. Living, dining, and social areas flow seamlessly toward the courtyard and outdoor terraces, reinforcing indoor–outdoor living and framing controlled views of greenery and water. Private bedrooms are oriented inward as well, ensuring comfort, tranquility, and privacy without compromising daylight quality.
Soft daylight, deep overhangs, and shaded openings contribute to environmental comfort and visual softness, while the courtyard pool and surrounding landscaping create a serene focal point visible from multiple spaces throughout the house.
