Rshaidat Complex

Rshaidat Complex is a contemporary mixed-use development that blends commercial activity with modern residential living. The architecture is defined by two striking sculptural volumes that frame the building’s façade—dynamic, angled masses clad in light natural stone and anchored by full-height glazing. These elements create a bold urban presence while allowing generous daylight into the interior spaces.

Behind this expressive exterior, the residential block is organized with clarity and efficiency, offering well-planned apartments designed around comfort, functionality, and natural light. Each unit features an open living area, dedicated kitchen zones, and carefully arranged bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring privacy and ease of use. The upper floors enjoy panoramic glazing and balconies that extend the living space outward.

At ground level, the project incorporates a series of retail shops facing the street, activating the pedestrian edge and providing convenience for residents and the surrounding neighborhood. A clean circulation core links all levels, ensuring smooth vertical movement between commercial and residential functions.

The design balances sculptural expression with rational planning—creating a visually distinctive complex that remains practical, welcoming, and adaptable to urban life.
