Saraya Chalets is a contemporary coastal retreat designed to embrace the dramatic topography and serene atmosphere of the Dead Sea. The project unfolds along a gentle descending slope, allowing every space to open toward uninterrupted panoramic views of the water and horizon. Its defining architectural gesture—a sweeping curved façade—creates a fluid, organic profile that harmonizes with the natural landscape while offering a uniquely elegant presence.

The chalets are organized across two levels. The basement level hosts vibrant social and leisure spaces, including living and dining areas, private kitchens, and direct access to outdoor lounging, BBQ terraces, and poolside amenities. The upper level accommodates refined residential suites arranged along the curved layout, each with generous glazing that brings daylight deep into the interiors. Bedrooms and living rooms enjoy private balconies that frame the stunning seafront setting.

Circulation is centered around a clean, symmetrical spine, creating visual clarity and intuitive movement between the spaces. The architectural section reveals a terraced massing that steps with the terrain, ensuring privacy, natural lighting, and unobstructed views at every level. The material palette—smooth stone, clean lines, and soft contemporary detailing—enhances the project’s calm, resort-like character.
