Located at the vibrant end of Al-Hashimi Street, near the Shaheed Mohammad Al-Durra Roundabout, The Urban Pixel reimagines an existing single-story commercial building through a bold vertical extension and a completely redefined architectural identity.

The project introduces a dynamic pixelated façade composed of rhythmic, protruding window modules in varying depths and subtle color tones. This three-dimensional pattern not only animates the elevation but also enhances natural light, views, and privacy for the upper-floor units. The design transforms the building into a contemporary urban landmark—expressive, playful, and unmistakably modern.

At street level, the transparent commercial frontage maintains an active pedestrian experience, preserving the site's original commercial spirit while elevating it with a new architectural character. Above, the stacked volumes, rooftop landscape elements, and refined geometry create a cohesive and memorable visual presence within a dense urban context.

The Urban Pixel stands as an example of how adaptive reuse and strategic façade redesign can breathe new life into existing structures, adding vibrancy, efficiency, and identity to the cityscape.
